        a)     Generator grant  (Charles/TRORC)
        b)    Route 100 crosswalk, (Charles)
        c)     Speed sign – tabled until paving occurs (2021) 
        d)    Revision of 2015 Town Plan – due in 2023.   Do we want to begin work now, updating by section as we meet quarterly, or do we want to begin later and meet more frequently to accomplish the work?  Do we want to apply for a grant to have TRORC help with the work?

   7. New Business
       a) Commission vacancy.  Colleen Wilcox did not with to be reappointed, so we have a vacancy.  
       b)River Corridor Plan permitting process.
