1. Kris motions to call the meeting to order at 7:03pm. Peter seconds and it passes unanimously.
2. Amendments to the Agenda: None
3. Approve Minutes: June 12, 2019 (Tabled until next meeting)
4. Community Engagement/Public Comment: We received a thank you note from Peter Borden III, regarding his receiving the jean Colver Scofield award.
5. Action/Discussion Items

i. Payment Orders:
i. Review and Approve Checkbook Reconcilliation: Ray motions to approve, Kris seconds and it passes unanimously.
6. Kris motions to adjourn at 7:45pm, Ray seconds and it passes unanimously.

- Sharon Academy: 1/2 Tuition 3 Students Secondary Tuition: $28,899.50.
- Addison Central SU: Tuition for technical center: $500.19.
- Total: $47,917.19
