AGENDA
 
1. Call to Order:
Ray calls the meeting to order at 7:00PM Peter seconds and it passes unanimously

2. Amendments to the Agenda: 
None

3. Approve Minutes: October 9, 2019
Approved unanimously 

4. Community Engagement/Public Comment:
Received a notice from the auditor about the timeline for the town meeting.
​We will strive to have everything completed in a timely manner. 

5. Action/Discussion Items

1. New Business: 

           Payment Orders:    Town of Hartford-HACTC tuition: $2,562.00
               Orange SW Unified Union-½ tuition secondary student: $8,204.25, ½ tuition secondary student: $8,560.50.
 
     2.  Old Business:Continued the discussion about covering Pre-K students tuition.
          We will seek info from the new Windsor Central finance director to continue the discussion next meeting as well.

Review and Approve Checkbook Reconciliation:
Approved unanimously

6. Adjournment 
Peter motions to adjourn the meeting at 7:51PM, Ray seconds and it passes unanimously.

1. Kris motions to call the meeting to order at 7:00PM, Peter second and it passes unanimously.

3. Approve Minutes: September 11, 2019 Minutes were approved unanimously.
 
4. No community engagement tonight

5. Action/Discussion Items
     A.  New Business:
                Payment Orders – Waiting on confirmation of residency before paying the latest payment order for a new student.
     B. Old Business:
                Review and Approve Checkbook Reconciliation: Approved
                We have tabled discussions about paying full tuition for Pre-k students because Ray is not    present.

                Orange Southwest School District, Tudition charge from 2018-2019 (prior year expense) $1,372.24.
                Consideration of paying full tuition for pre-k students.
