1. Call to Order: Kris calls the meeting to order at 7:02, Ray seconds and it passes unanimously.
2. Amendments to the Agenda: Kris motioned to start the meeting with a non-public 5 minute executive session. It passed unanimously and the session began at 7:03.
Kris motions to end the executive session at 7:09 which also passed unanimously.
3. Approve Minutes: Tabled
4. Public Comment: Jim Fenn attended the meeting tonight! Thanks Jim
5. Action/Discussion Items
o New Business:
Kris Motions that we use a budget of $994,945.00 for the coming fiscal year. Pete Seconds and it passes unanimously.
Kris motions to approve the Director’s Report, Pete seconds and it passes unanimously.
▪ Payment Orders:
WCSU: SPED Excess cost, 2 students- $8,708
Landmark School: December tuition, 1 secondary student- $1,727.80
Barstow Unified School District: 1st semester tuition, 1 elementary student- $8,550
Department of Treasury: Fed. 944 form- $191.20
Rutland School: 2nd quarter tuition, secondary student- $4775
o Old Business:
▪ Review and Approve Checkbook Reconciliation
6. Adjournment: Kris calls to adjourn the meeting at 7:59, Pete seconds and it passes unanimously.
