Present are: Kris Sperber, Peter DuBois and Ray Rice

1. Call to Order: Kris calls the meeting to order at 7:05
2.  Amendments to the Agenda: Approve the "Cash Handling/Deposit Procedure"
3. Approve Minutes-February 10, 2021 and March 10, 2021:Peter motions to approve, Kris seconds and it passes unanimously.
4.  Community Engagement/Public Comment: none
5.  Action/Discussion Items
         New Business:

• Payment Orders:

Orange SW UUSD:1/2 tuition secondary student -$8,990
Orange SW UUSD: 1/2 tuition 2 elementary students-$14,393
Killington Mountain School: 66 days tuition secondary student -$6,157.34

• Jean Colver Scofield Award: Due next meeting
• Ray motions to approve the  "Cash Handling/Deposit Procedure" document , Peter seconds and it passes unanimously.

         Old Business

• Review and approve Checkbook Reconciliation

6.  Agenda setting for May Meeting: nothing new
7.  Adjournment:  Peter motions to adjourn the meeting at 7:37, Ray seconds and it passes unanimously.
