1. Call to Order: Kris Calls the meeting to order @ 7:05
2. Amendments to the Agenda: None
3. Approve Minutes:
February 13, 2019 - Tabled until next meeting
March 13, 2019 - Tabled until next meeting
4. Community Engagement/Public Comment: No interest in our children's education.
5. Action/Discussion Items
A.New Business:
a. Payment Orders-Kris makes a motion to approve the following payment order. KMS: 1 Tuition Secondary Student ($13,487). Holderness: 1 Tuition Secondary Student ($15,130). Hartford School District: 1 Tuition Secondary Student ($2028.76). Ray seconds the motion and it passes unanimously.
B. Old Business:
a.Review and Approve Checkbook Reconciliation. Ray makes a motion to approve, Peter seconds and it approves unanimously.
b.Jean Colver Scofield Award Update: Letters are due for May meeting.
c. VSBA Code of Ethics: Tabling
6. Agenda Setting for May Meeting:
A. Discuss paying full tuition for preschool students
7. Adjournment: Peter motions to adjourn the meeting, Ray seconds and it passes unanimously at 8:10.
