1. Call to Order: Kris motions to call the meeting to order at 7:06 PM. Peter seconds and it passes unanimously.
 
2. Amendments to the Agenda: None
 
3. Approve Minutes from June 12, 2019 & August 14, 2019
 
4. Community Engagement/Public Comment: None
 
5. Action/Discussion Items

• New Business:

          Payment Orders
                Orange Southwest School District, Tudition charge from 2018-2019 (prior year expense) $1,372.24.
                Consideration of paying full tuition for pre-k students.

• Old Business:

           Peter motions to approve checkbook reconciliation, Kris seconds and it passes unanimously.
 
6. Kris motions to adjourn the meeting at 7:35, Peter seconds and it passes unanimously.
