Present are: Kris Sperber, Pete DuBois Ray Rice
Public: Ron Colton, Jeanette, Tammy Colton Bradly, Andrea Stolar
1. Call to Order: Kris calls the meeting to order at 7:06, Peter seconds and it passes unanimously.
2. Amendments to the Agenda: Kris moved to enter an executive session at 7:08 Peter seconded and it passed unanimously.
Peter Motions to close the executive session at 7:50 Kris seconds and it passes unanimously.
3. Approve minutes: The minutes are being pushed until the next meeting, there will be three to approve, 2 from June and one from August.
4. Public Comment: no additional comments
5. Action/Discussion Items
o New Business:
• Payment Orders:
The Sharon Academy, two secondary students ½ tuition$16, 842.
Rochester/Stockbridge, 2 elementary students ½ tuition (FY 21 expense)- $16,444.
o Old Business:
• Review and Approve Checkbook Reconciliation
6. Adjournment: Ray motions to adjourn the meeting at 8: 14, Peter seconds and it passes unanimously.
