1. Call to Order: Kris motions to call the meeting to order at 7:10 Ray seconds and it passes unanimously.
2. Amendments to the Agenda: None
3. Approve minutes: Tabled
4. Public Comment: We received a nice thank you card from Alex Rice for his scholarship.

Orange SW School: Sped costs 1 student FY 22 expense- $1,811.38
WCSU: SPED costs 2 students FY 22 expense- $6,115.00
WCSU: SPED admin costs 3 students FY 22 expense- $9,000.00
WCSU: Legal liability insurance FY 22 expense- $2029.00
Rochester Stockbridge unified district: Pre K tuition 1 student- $303.06
o Old Business:
▪ Review and Approve Checkbook Reconciliation: Ray motions to pass and Kris seconds making it unanimous.
6. Adjournment: Kris motions to adjourn the meeting at 7:39 and Ray makes it unanimous.
