 December 11, 2019, Minutes of the Pittsfield School Board of Directors
 
1. Call to Order. Meeting called to order at 7:08 pm. Present are Kris Sperber and Ray Rice.
2. Amendments to the Agenda
                Add in “Pre-K tuition discussion” to Old Business
3. Approve Minutes: November 20, 2019
Approved as amended to reflect postponed meeting date. Kris moved, Ray seconded.
Motion passed.
4. Community Engagement/Public Comment
                No public at the meeting
5. Action/Discussion Items
New Business: 
Payment Order #4. Payment to WCSMUUD for pre-K tuition ($5034). To WUHMS for secondary tuition ($216,000). To KES for elementary tuition ($155,000). To White River Unified District for elementary tuition ($8,212.50). Total $385,496.50. Moved by Ray, seconded by Kris. Motion passes.
Old Business: 
Review and Approve Checkbook Reconciliation
Pre-K tuition. Kris will meet with new WCSU finance director next week to discuss this and other budget matters.
6. Adjournment. Ray moved we adjourn, Kris seconds, motion passes at 8:00pm
