1. Call to Order: Kris calls the meeting to order at 7:02, Ray seconds and it passes unanimously.

o New Business:
▪ Payment Orders Tricia Fryer, Stipend- School Treasurer $200. Krisin Sperber, Stipend- School Board $350. Ray Rice, Stipend- School Board $350. Peter DuBois, Stipend- School Board $350. WCSU, 2 quarters 3 pre-k students $7,233.90. Rochester Stockbridge Unified District, ½ year tuition 2 elementary students $16,444. Orange SW Unified Union School District, ½ year tuition 2 elementary students $23,383. White River Valley Unified District, ½ tuition 1 elementary student $8,568.50. Town of Hartford, Tech Center Tuition $1,740.
o Old Business:
▪ Review and Approve Checkbook Reconciliation
-Special ED reimbursement came through for 19/20 after filling the SEER Form.
