1. Call to Order: Kris motions to call the meeting to order at 7:03 Ray seconds and it passes unanimously.

3. Approve Minutes: Ray motioned to approve the December and January minutes, Pete seconds and it passed unanimously.

▪ Payment Orders 
Landmark School- tuition for one secondary student: $1727.80
Killington Mountain School- tuition for 1 semester for 2 secondary students: $17,278.00
o Old Business: 
▪ Review and Approve Checkbook Reconciliation
