1. Call to Order: Kris calls the meeting to order at 7:02, ray seconds and it passes unanimously.
2. Amendments to the Agenda: None
3. Approve Minutes- February 12, March 4, and March 11, 2020 (all approved)
4. Community Engagement/Public Comment: None (COVID 19)
5. Action/Discussion Items: Discussion about which schools are implementing online classes and how it seems to be going.
o New Business:
Payment Orders: Killington Elementary: Correction to the invoice: $4,000
Orange SW UUSD:½ tuition secondary student: $8,204.25
½ tuition for 2 elementary students: $13,081
o Old Business: None
Review and Approve Checkbook Reconciliation: Approved
6. Agenda Setting for May Meeting: Jean Colver Sofield scholarship discussion (letters are due).
7. Adjournment: Ray motions to adjourn the meeting at 7:26, Kris seconds and it passes unanimously.
