Meeting called to order at 11:00 a.m.
Approved Minutes of December 21, 2015 Meeting with motion by Martha and 2nd by Erica. Gave to Patty.
Agenda Modifications - Pat Fuster sent updated Historical financials report
Dropbox Questions/Concerns - None
Town Report
a. Review/Edit
-Reports - Received and edited RFPTF report. They will send financials after the first of the year. Reviewed all other reports for contact information.
-Photos - nothing new submitted.
-Dedication - Reviewed.
-Layout - We cross-checked the table of contents with reports to find out of order or mission reports. Will insert new information and make deletions using last year's table of contents.
b. Other Concerns - Erica will contact Traci Templeton about cover, the Red Cross for report, and insert Pittsfield's Picnic report into Dropbox.
