1/4/15 BOARD OF AUDITORS MINUTES
Present: Martha Beyersdorf and Erica Hurd.
Meeting Called to order @ 10:35 AM.
Approved Minutes of December 28, 2015 Meeting with motion by Martha and 2nd by Erica. Gave to Patty. Highlighted one correction on signed sheet to be made on digital copy.

Town Report
a. Cover Status – Erica sent an email to Traci requesting cover for next meeting.
b. Review/Edit
- Photos – Erica added logos to the Roger Clark Memorial Library and Pittsfield’s Picnic reports. We have decided to incorporate logos into the reports which improves the appearance and also ties into the community theme. Erica will create a logo page to insert logos and contact any organizations for logos if not on websites. We will use the few pictures we have and possibly take some to fill in vacant spaces, if need be.
- Layout – Reviewed current report order, table of contents and inserted new reports.
