Present: Martha Beyersdorf, Erica Hurd and Patty Haskins.
Meeting Called to order @ 9:22 AM.
Approved Minutes of January 12, 2016 meeting with motion by Martha and 2nd by Erica. Gave to Patty.

Town Report
a. Review/Edit
-Audited the financials, edited reports and logos.
-Modified the Emergency Numbers page adding Important Numbers title and new sub titles Dog Warden and Dog Bites. Erica will contact Doug Manulli and Tim Hunt to ensure we are using correct phone numbers to contact them.
- Erica added the report for Rutland County Women’s Network & Shelter Report
Next meeting – January 19th at 10:30 AM.
