Present: Martha Beyersdorf, Erica Hurd and Patty Haskins.
Meeting Called to order @ 10:30 AM.
Approved Minutes of January 18, 2016 meeting with motion by Martha and 2nd by Erica. Gave to Patty.
Agenda Modifications – Short meeting to approve minutes from yesterday. Then started Auditing Financials, adjusting layouts and added photos. Also, made changes discussed yesterday.
Next meeting – January 25th at 10:30 AM.
