Attendees: Marsha Hopkins, Jennifer Howard, Mark Stugart, Vaughn Micciche

1. Marsha called the meeting to order at  6:03   p.m.
2. Modifications: None
3. Correspondence:   Harry Falconer of TROC (Grant money available for Energy Resilience Program - continually delayed now 2024) Up to 4k available for marketing energy resilience to town members
4. Approval of Prior Minutes: January 18th Minutes corrected Mark motioned, Marsha Second all in favor
5. Public Attendees: None
6. Town plan edits completed by the Select Board shared with Marsha and discussed.   Final draft to be approved at the May 2nd Select Board meeting.  
7. Next Meeting Date/Time: July 12, 2023 6:30 p.m. 
8. Adjourned: 6:30 p.m.
