Town of Pittsfield Planning Commission Minutes [Draft]

Public Meeting / Work session: July 19, 2023
Attendees: Marsha Hopkins, Jennifer Howard, Mark Stugart, Vaughn Micciche, Ryan Thompson

1. Marsha Called the meeting to order at  6:33   p.m.
2. Modifications: Holly Hall question about real estate 4441 Route 100 (Swiss Farm Inn) – Planning commission agreed that the owners would dictate the use of the property 
3. Correspondence:   TROC approved town plan 
4. Approval of Prior Minutes: April 12th Minutes corrected Vaughn motioned, Ryan Second all in favor 
5. Public Attendees: None
6. The planning commission helped to pull aspects of the town plan that are benefited by the village designation and sent to the Select Board. 
7. Next Meeting Date/Time: Oct 25, 2023 6:30 p.m. 
8. Adjourned: 7:37 p.m.
