SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
Tuesday, January 17, 2017, at 6:00 p.m.
Pittsfield Town Office Building
I. Call to Order: Kris calls meeting to order at 6:10 p.m. with Ray and A.J. present.
II. Amendments to the Agenda – A.J. moves to add approving the Warning for Town Meeting Day Annual School District Meeting, Ray seconds, unanimous.
III. Approve Minutes of Previous Meeting: December 19, 2016 and January 10, 2017. Ray moves to approve the December 19, 2016 minutes and A.J. seconds, approved; Kris moves to approve and A.J. seconds the January 10th minutes.
IV. Community Engagement/Public Comment: None.
V. Action/Discussion Items
• FY18 Budget Approval
• Jean Colver Sofield Award Update: Ray is working on getting the letters out to high school seniors.
• Review and Approve director’s Report for Town Meeting Publication: Kris moves to approve, Ray seconds, approved unanimously.
• Review and approve Warning for Town Meeting Day School District Meeting. Kris moves to approve, Ray seconds, approved unanimously.
VI. Agenda Setting for February Meeting
VII. Adjournment- Kris moves to adjourn at 6:55 p.m., seconded and unanimously approved.
