Public Present:
Old Business:
- Electrical Installation: Members discussed how to proceed on getting new electrical system installed since the contracted electrician Craig Petersen only worked for approximately three hours and did not complete the project. Craig did contact Dave McKinnon with 4 Security in Rutland to reconnect the fire alarm system. Herb will contact him to schedule. It was agreed that only 9 hanging lights would be needed and that electrical needs for heat pumps should be added to the project. A number of electrical contractors were suggested and members will contact to see if they can finish the electrical installation. Louis Lubek- Ray; Mike Juris-Ann; Frank Candido-Jeremy.
- Heat & Insulation Estimates: Members reviewed costs for insulation: Spray foam materials & Labor-$5,000; rock Wool-material only-$1,650. Members agreed that rock wool might end up costing more because of potential for waste and hiring someone to install. Glenn moved to hire Chad Rogers who bid $5,000 for the project and may able to put project immediately on schedule by working nights. Mike seconded. All in favor.
- Next Steps: Ray and Mike will drop by CV Oil to determine noise level of their Modine and report back.
