Herb called the meeting to order at 5:04pm. Ray moved, Mike seconded. Ray Colton, Mike Moran, and Tim Carter in attendance.

Minutes Approval:March 15, 2021- Mike moved that the meeting minutes be accepted. Ray seconded. All in favor.
Old Business
- Punch List-Herb updated the committee on progress on the punch listof tasks to restore the basement. Mike with help from Glenn and Tim have stripped most of the walls of sheetrock and insulation and filled dumpster outside. Herb met with Dave McKensie to discuss repairing cracks and holes in foundation. The committee agreed that the primary focus should be on stopping the water from getting into the foundation from the outside. Ray moved to have the committee investigate whether digging a trench along the west and southern walls and creating a drain to the back field would be feasible and get estimates of the cost. Mike seconded. All in favor
- Electrical, foundation repair and ceiling prep bids- Herb said Dave Mckensie’s bid to repair foundation was for $3,600 a week using two men at $45 an hour each. Work might take up to two weeks. Twin State Basement will inspect basement later in the week. Vt Electrical Services submitted a bid of $4,913 to remove all wiring, remove or relocate fire alarm devices, refeed circuits on first floor, provide temporary lights and power for future construction which includes permits and materials. V-Blast Dustless Blasting submitted a bid of $7,478.98 to blast steel beams to prep for paint, blast bottom of floor system to prep for sealing.

- Next Steps-Herb will request info from Div. of fire safety on what will be needed to get a temporary permit for the first floor
