Call to order: Herb called the meeting to order at 5:02pm. Tim seconded. All in favor.
Minutes Approval:Carl moved that the minutes from the November 23, 2020 Meeting be accepted. Jeremy seconded. All in favor.
Old Business:
Vt Concrete Cuttings cutting slab for footings $1,675
Louis Cocci excavation/removal $1,500
HG Concrete Install rebar/footings $4,075
Nop Steel beams, materials $8,750
New England Building beam installation/delivery $4,875
Movers
Carl so moved. Jeremy seconded. All in favor.

Old Business:
- Review project bids and award-Committee members discussed the bids that had been submitted the five different projects of the Phase One plan. Carl questioned who will verify the location of the footings. Committee members will mark the locations Ray asked if Nop Steel/New England Building Movers will bolt and weld the steel on site. Yes. Herb recommended that the committee award the five projects to the lowest bidders and have Ann send out the necessary town contracts and forms to the contractors:

New Business:
- Next Steps-committee members set up a work party schedule to demo walls, stairs and sheetrock to open up area for footings; remove debris and duct work hangers, and move counter. Committee agreed on waiting until beams had been installed to price and install 2X10’s for additional framing. Herb, Carl, Mike, Glenn, Tim and Jeremy volunteered to work Friday and/or Saturday.
