Present are: Kris Sperber, Ray Rice and Pete DuBois
AGENDA
1. Call to Order: Kris motioned the call the meeting to order at 7:03 Ray seconds and it passed unanimously
2. Amendments to the Agenda: Cd approval and new students.
3. Kris motions to roll our cd back into another 3 month term, Ray seconds and it passes unanimously.
4. new students have been added to our roster, welcome!
5. Approve Minutes: January minutes approved unanimously
6. Public Comment: none
7. Action/Discussion Items
o New Business:
Landmark School: Monthly tuition secondary student- $1,977.40
KMS: ½ tuition 2 secondary students- $19,774.00
MVSU: SPED Excess Cost- $8,431.00
Rutland City Public Schools: ¼ tuition secondary student- $5,500.00
o Old Business:
▪ Review and Approve Checkbook Reconciliation
