          Sharon Academy 1/2 tuition secondary student (prior year expense) $9,712.50
           Landmark School, Monthly tuition secondary student $1,977.40
          Killington Mountain School 1/2 tuition secondary student $1,977.40

           Review and Approve Checkbook Reconciliation
6. Adjournment: Kris motions to adjourn the meeting at 7:34 and it passes unanimously.
