          Town of Hartford School District - HATC Tuition : $3,743.00
          Landmark School : 1 month Tuition Secondary Student:  $1,977.00
          Rutland City Public Schools - 1st quarter tuition secondary student $5,500.00
      Old  Business:
            Review and Approve Checkbook Reconciliation 
6. Adjournment:  Kris motioned to adjourn the meeting at 7:12 and it passed unanimously.
