Present are: Kris Sperber, Ray Rice, Pete DuBois and Jim Fenn
AGENDA
1. Call to Order: Kris motions to call the meeting to order at 7:04 and it passes unanimously
2. Amendments to the Agenda: Discussion about the budget
3. Budget: The number of students is going up next year. We are getting money back from the school district soon ($11,000.00+-). Tuition is increasing $1,500 per pupil across the board for MVSU next year. The total budget is expected to go up $50,000 but we are still waiting on some final numbers from the state; legislature are currently meeting about the rates.We are offsetting this increase with our surplus to keep the cost down for residents. Kris motions to approve a budget of $965,270.00 Ray seconded the motion and it approved unanimously. Kris motions to approve the warning that will be amended to reflect the equalized pupil rate that will be provided by our business manager, Pete seconds and it was approved unanimously. Kris motions to approve the Annual school Directors Report Via email as soon as we receive our rates from Jim Fenn, Ray seconds and it approves unanimously.
4. Approve Minutes: April, May, June, September and December were all approved unanimously.

US Treasury: Annual 944 form for 2024- $191.28
Windsor Central: Allowable tuition reconciliation- $28,785.00
Rutland town: ½ tuition for secondary student- $8,750.00
The Sharon Academy: ½ tuition 3 secondary students- $31,350
Landmark School: 1 month Tuition secondary student- $1,977.40
o Old Business:
▪ Review and Approve Checkbook Reconciliation
