1. Call to Order: Kris motions to call the meeting to order at 7:02 Pete seconds and it passes unanimously.

3. Approve Minutes: Minutes from June approved unanimously.

RHR Smith & Co-Audit for FY2025: $12,120.00
MTN Views SU- SPED Excess costs: $34,138.00
VT Dep. of Tax- Child Care Contribution: $5.50
Kristin Sperber- Annual Stipend: $350.00
Peter DuBois- Annual Stipend: $350.00
Ray Rice- Annual Stipend: $350.00
Trish Abbondelo- Annual Stipend: $250.00
o Old Business:
▪ Review and Approve Checkbook Reconciliation
We had a discussion about virtual learning, and while we still need to research, it seems to follow VT state Statute 16 section 8-21 and 8-28. As long as the institution is accredited it falls under “School Choice”.
