1. Call to Order: Kris motions that we call the meeting to order at 7:06 Ray seconds and it passes unanimously.

3. Approve Minutes: Pete motions to approve the minutes from the August 13 meeting, Kris seconds and it passes unanimously.

o New Business:
Kris motioned for us to approve the $250,000.00 CD with Mascoma Bank to immediately reinvest the same term upon its maturation. Ray seconds the motion and it passes unanimously.
