2. Amendments to the Agenda: none
3. Approve Minutes: Minutes are tabled until next meeting

o New Business:
Discussion about the bus going to Pittsfield.
Budget: we should pay down the deficit more than usual, maybe $250,000.

MVSU- ½ tuition for 5 pre-k students: $15,150.00
½ tuition 12 secondary students: $135,060.00
½ Tuition 19 Elementary students: $177,120.00
o Old Business:
▪ Review and Approve Checkbook Reconciliation
6. Adjournment: Kris motions to adjourn the meeting at 6:40 ray seconds and it passes unanimously.
