Present are: Kris Sperber, Ray Rice and Pete DuBois
AGENDA
1. Call to Order: Kris motions to call the meeting to order at 7:07, ray seconds and it passes unanimously.
2. Amendments to the Agenda: Ray motions to add a discussion about the Jean Colver Sofield Scholarship, Kris seconds and it passes unanimously.
3. Jean Colver Sofield Scholarship: We have alerted all seniors in the town over the past couple of months about the application process after receiving an outstanding application from Olivia Grasso we have decided to award her the scholarship! Great work Olivia, we cant wait to see what you do with your academic career!
4. Approve Minutes: April minutes approved unanimously
5. Public Comment: none
6. Action/Discussion Items
o New Business:
Landmark School: 2 month Tuition one secondary student- $3,954.80
WCUUSD: ½ Tuition 1 secondary student- $10,136.50
o Old Business:
▪ Review and Approve Checkbook Reconciliation

- Kris motions to let the CD mature and then transfer the funds back to the checking account, Pete seconds and it passes unanimously. At our next meeting we will discuss putting some funds into another CD for the summer break.
