PITTSFIELD SCHOOL BOARD OF DIRECTORS 
                                   Wednesday, January 14th, at 7:00 p.m. 
                       Pittsfield Town Office Building 
                       Present are: Kris Sperber, Ray Rice and Pete DuBois
                                AGENDA 
1. Call to Order: Kris motions to call the meeting to order at 7:05 Ray seconds and it passes unanimously.
2. Amendments to the Agenda: none
3. Approve Minutes: Pete motions to approve the minutes from September, October, November and December. Ray seconds and it approves unanimously.
4. Public Comment: none
5. Action/Discussion Items 
o New Business: 

• Kris motioned to approve a total budget of: $1,027,880.00, Rays seconds and it passed unanimously.
  

▪ Payment Orders 

• Rutland Town School District- 1 year tuition secondary student: $18,000
  
• US Treasury- Annual 944 form: $191.28
  
• Mountain Views- FY25 Allowable Tuition Reconciliation (elementary): $28,858.48
  

FY25 Allowable tuition Reconciliation (Secondary): $27,484.92
Tuition for 5 preK students ( quarter): $15,150.00

• Mountain Views SU- SPED excess cost 4 students: $19,095.00
  
• White River Valley- 1 year tuition secondary student: $19,900.00
