1. Call to Order: Kris motions the meeting to order at 7:05.
2. Amendments to the Agenda: None
3. Approve Minutes: September Minutes were approved unanimously.
4. Public Comment: Discussion about the new school for Woodstock. We anticipate that they will have another bond vote in March.

o New Business:
▪ Payment Orders
MVSU- 1 elementary Student ½ year: $9,540.00
1 secondary student ½ year: $11,255.00
KMS- 1 secondary student ½ year: $10,455.00
Mill River- 1 Secondary student ½ year: $10,455.00
Town of Hartford: FY26 HACTC Tution: $2,230.00
o Old Business:
▪ Review and Approve Checkbook Reconciliation
6. Adjournment: Kris Motions to adjourn the meeting at 8:20 Pete seconds and it passes unanimously.
