Present are: Kris Sperber, Ray Rice and Pete DuBois
AGENDA
1. Call to Order: Kris called the meeting to order at 7:01 Pete seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.
2. Amendments to the Agenda: none
3. Approve Minutes: May minutes approved unanimously.
4. Public Comment: none
5. Action/Discussion Items
o New Business: Kris motioned to put $250,000.00 into a 3 month CD at Mascoma Bank. Ray seconded the motion and it was approved unanimously.
▪ Payment Orders
Landmark School: 1 month tuition one secondary student- $1,977.40
Rutland City Public Schools: ¼ tuition 1 secondary student- $5,500.00
o Old Business:
▪ Review and Approve Checkbook Reconciliation
6. Adjournment: Kris motioned to adjourn the meeting at 7:27, Pete seconded and it passed unanimously.
