1. Call to Order: Kris called the meeting to order at 7:04, ray seconds and it passed unanimously.
2. Amendments to the Agenda: none
3. Approve Minutes: Pete motioned to approve the minutes from March Kris seconds and it passed unanimously.

▪ Payment Orders
Landmark School: One month tuition secondary student- $1,977.40
Mill River UUSD: ½ tuition one secondary student- $8,923.73
White River Valley Unified District: ½ tuition one secondary student- $9,950.00
Rutland City School District: ¼ tuition one secondary student- $5,500.00
Woodstock Central Unified Union School District: ½ year tuition 13 students- $137,276.40
o Old Business:
▪ Review and Approve Checkbook Reconciliation
