- Jacob spoke with members of the town and has been receiving positive feedback
- Rec Committee Fund $28,004.87, $548.00 to be deposited from Erica Hurd fund
- Weekly work meetings scheduled until Bazaar on Tuesday evenings at 6pm until Bazaar at the end of September
- Court
- Jacob Hunt to follow up on drainage
- Jacob Hunt & Dave Fenity to follow up on painting: suggestion for blue color as not to attract heat
- Money for paint can come from existing funds, select board to approve budget once presented by Rec Committee
- Pump Track Clean-Up

- Katrina Hotchkiss suggested creating a take-home questionnaire distributed and collected at Swiss Farm Market.
- Can include questions about what playground features are most desirable by families, it’s important to gather prioritization on this since it’s one of the most costly upgrades.
- Sub-committees will finalize their proposals for feedback to be collected by community at annual Bazaar in September, this is the purpose of instituting weekly meetings until then
- Katrina Hotchkiss suggested creating a take-home questionnaire distributed and collected at Swiss Farm Market.

- New idea submission for frisbee golf mini-course, pitch & putt
- Sports Field
- Dave Fenity suggests 125ft x 125ft to optimize variety of activities
- Garden
- Dave Fenity recommends placing the garden at north side of field because of access to water and to avoid flooding, he will reach out for FEMA specific regulations
- Access to drinking water
- Consideration of adding access to drinking water (such as fountain) to building plan
- Pathway
- Suggested size: 8ft x 1000ft
- Suggested construction: compacted pressure concrete
