1. Meeting called to order at 6.00p
2. Approval of minutes from August 20, 2024 and November 12, 2024

• August meeting minutes approval. Vaughan motion to approve minutes. Rose second. All in favor, no opposed.
  
• November meeting minutes. Vaughan motion to approve minutes. Rose second. All in favor, no opposed.
  

3. Review town plan matrix and update actions on items assigned to PC

• We need an odd number of committee members. (Is Peter T. still serving?)
  
• What is the role of the committee? Act 250 involvement? 
  
  • We are an advisory committee to the select board. 
    
• 7 years from now we will need to produce another town plan.
  

4. Review Act 250 Update Memo from TRORC

• Mark will keep sending TRORC updates since we are not all on the distribution list.
  
• The latest communication summarized changes. Towns without zoning – some guidance re. loosening rules to convert hotels to housing.
  

5. Conduct any other required business

• None
  

6. Set next meeting date

• May 6 @6p
  

7. Adjournment

• Vaughan motions to adjourn. Rose seconds. All in favor, no opposed. 6.17p
