Attendees: Mark Stugart, Craig Westling, Peter Timpone
1. Meeting called to order at 6.00p
2. Approval of minutes from May 6, 2025

• Craig motion to approve the May minutes. Peter second. All in favor, no opposed

3. Conduct any other required business

• Peter asked if Pittsfield has an emergency evacuation plan in case of flooding or fire. We agreed that this is a question for the selectboard.
• We talked about the targets for new housing units presented in the last meeting. In the spirit of creating more incentives for additional housing units in Pittsfield, Peter suggested we consider writing a letter to Rep. Harrison to encourage the legislature to consider ways to strengthen owner/landlord rights.

4. Set next meeting date

• November 4, 2025
