Present:  Mark Stugart, Rose O’Brien, Craig Westling, Tim Hunt, Ann Kuendig, Ari Lattanzi-TRORC

Mark called the meeting to order at 6:02pm. Ann seconded. All in favor.

1. Review the draft Local Hazard Mitigation Plan (LHMP). 
   
   1. Ari Lattanzi reviewed the draft LHMP she put together and walked us through the outstanding questions. 
      
   2. Facts and figures were verified by referring to past town reports and planning documents, as well as the recollections of people present.
      

1. Confirm next steps:
   
   1. The draft LHMP will be reviewed at the next Selectboard meeting, on April 16, 2026 at 5:30pm.
      
   2. If approved, it will be send to Vermont Emergency Management (VEM), which has 45 days to review and comment.
      
   3. A final plan (incorporating any changes/edits directed by VEM) will go to the Selectboard to be officially adopted.
      

Ari was thanked for her presentation and Mark adjourned the meeting at 6:53pm. Ann seconded. All in favor.
