Minutes of the Pittsfield Board of Civil Authority Biennial Purge of the Voter Checklist

Present: Tricia Abbondelo, George Deblo, Joyce Stevens, AJ Ruben, Candice Kadimik, and Beth Stanton
New Business:

1. Voter checklist for the Town of Pittsfield -Purge

The BCA read through the voter checklist name by name, pointing out anyone who we believe has moved or anyone that has passed away.
The BCA has tasked the clerk with the following:

1.  BCA voted to authorize the clerk to challenge voters on a regular basis.

 

1. The clerk will tag the individuals who we believe have moved in the Elections site as CHALLENGED and send letters with response letters attached. 
2.  The clerk will PURGE anyone who is deceased.
