November 15, 2016

Present: George Deblon, Chuck Colton, Connie Martin, Susie Martin

Minutes approved.

The placement of roadways: It was decided one roadway will go through the center, East to West, and be 10' to 12' wide. Access roadways would be from North to South every 2 lots and be about 10' to 12' wide.  Perimeter roadways may be wider. George and Chuck will help with marking.  No construction at this time.

The ditch along the road to the lower section needs some work. George thought it could be done with the town grader and wouldn't take much time.

Suggested list of rules reviewed and approved and will be posted on Cemetery Directory.

The price of cemetery lots will remain the same at this time.

George suggested a leaf-mulcher/vac might be something to look into, to be used for the cemetery and the park.

Minutes of the August 4, 2016, Meeting held at the home of Susie Martin

Present:  Steve Martin, Marylee Stevens, Connie Martin, Chuck Colton

Meeting called to order at 6:49 p.m.

Connie Martin elected Chairperson and Marylee Stevens elected Secretary.

Perpetual Care Policy proposed by the Select Board was approved.

Other business discussed: Designate where roadway should be located in 'Nichols Meadow' section, and between lot sections. Connie will make off roadway through middle.

Discussed making a list of rules regarding lot plantings and decorations, to be posted on directory.

Discussed updating the price of lots and grave openings.

Next meeting: September 29, 2016, 6:30 p.m. at Susie Martin residence.
